The negative reviews were concerning to me before I went, but I’m happy to report overall it was a good experience. Pros: - Jill was a fantastic attendant, she was very professional, attentive, and easy to talk to - There are a lot of accommodations to make it similar to your home setup, like TV, sleep number bed, multiple levels of lighting, fans, private bathroom, etc. Cons: - The room was not as sound proof as it could be, you can definitely hear conversations in other rooms, doors close, hallway. You would think a sleep clinic would understand the importance of a quiet atmosphere. All night I was woken over and over by slamming doors, someone talking loadly, a tv, and tapping sound like someone tapping their foot on the wall. I don't see how you can test someone's sleep, when you wake them over and over all night.

Awful! Went thee twice. First time was great, second time felt like prison. The tech (Rico) needs better bedside manner!! He was so rude, I almost left in the middle of the test.
