It's a great house to live in outside of house management and house counselors. The lack of communication and ability to maintain structure is at a minimum. By allowing the house manager to never be available showing up only to vent on clients bringing unnecessary drama with his girlfriend screaming outside the premises and airing out his dirty laundry.
