Check-in was smooth. Practically no wait before being called back. The staff was so professional and were amazing with my 2 year old. We’ve gone to 4 other labs and no one could draw blood on her. The staff here got her on the first try! They are phenomenal and I won’t hesitate to come back.
One shot and done! Blood draw was easy. About 20 minute wait. Very friendly staff.
I’m impressed. I drove all the way out to west Islip from eastern Long Island after my 5 month old was pricked and prodded at 3 different labs unsuccessfully this week. The nurse Evelynn was so beyond confident in my son, one prick in and she got everything she needed. The staff was phenomenal, the girl at the desk was a sweetheart and the girl helping evelynn was also phenomenal. We will be making the drive here for pediatric blood draws moving forward. Well worth the drive
