When you enter the ER you first register and then are told to be seated until called. After about thirty minutes I noticed peopled who arrived after me were being assisted first. After the third person who came after me was assisted. I approached the desk and questioned the situation. They first said I had not registered but the person who took my information told them they were wrong and that I had registered. They were never able to find my paperwork.
