RecommendedMy son had outpatient oral surgery at Shady Grove Adventist yesterday. Although a challenging day for everyone, especially the little patient, every single person we interacted with made it the most positive experience possible. From the fun lady who checked us in and loved my son’s shoes, to the nurses who are angels dealing with kids and anesthesia all day, to the amazing anesthesiologist and our wonderful dentist. Thank you for being kind, compassionate, and patient (even with Mom). We appreciate all you do!

Worst hospital on Long Island. Terrible customer service. I wish i could give 0 stars. They claim to be very strict with their policies regarding the corona virus, however their own staff members don’t even wear masks.
RecommendedThe best staff around, the food is good.....I fell over, but by the grace of baby Jesus, a blonde women said a prayer and I was able to walk!!! Miracle workers here....
My grandma had a procedure done on Friday of last week and had complications. Due to Covid, she may only have 1 visitor, which is my older and hard of hearing grandfather. When we call for updates, we are meant with bother and just that she’s stable. She has NOT been out of bed since Friday!!! They took all her belongings. She has nothing. Disappointed in St.Marys,not happy with the care my father received.The first day when visiting I was screened at the front and waited 20 minutes to enter hospital,staff wasn’t answering the phone at nurses station,I had to call my fathers cell phone and tell him to ring the call bell so I can tell the nurse to answer the phone so I can come in.When asking questions about his diagnosis and plan of treatment the staffs reply was “They don’t know”At one point I became so frustrated I was going transfer him to MCV/VCU.The team ... read more

RecommendedI just had my baby with St. Marks and would 10/10 recommend. They saved my baby’s life and gave her and I a wonderful start to our new journey. They have a beautiful labor and delivery area that made me feel like I was in a 5 star hotel. I had an induction and the staff was very helpful and organized with scheduling, etc. I worked with the same labor and delivery nurse my entire visit which helped me so much. RecommendedJeff Buterbaugh ( Physician Assistant) has always helped me with my painful knees. He is very knowledgeable of Orthppaedics Surgery. The staff is very friendly in always trying to meet my needs very promptly. The surgery that I had performed with Dr. Holobinko and Dr. Edwards were successful with no infections or problems. They are both excellent Orthppaedics Physicians.
