The nurses and doctor were so caring and understanding. They all worked together to make my visit as short as possible. Special shout out to the charge nurse for his wonderful attitude and professional.
I repeatedly told the staff o have multiple autoimmune disorders that are chronic pain based. I felt like I was being treated passively - they didn’t write down what my conditions were and how it’s the cause of my flare. They didn’t update my medications list in spite of me explaining over 6 times that this wasn’t just “acute back pain” . Then they gave me the same medications that usually works intramuscularly which isn’t as helpful.
