The worst experience at an ER. - The entire visit took 5 hours. They actually lost my sample and only realized it after we followed up two hours later. - Two different doctors sent two different prescriptions to my pharmacy for the same issue. -I was billed under an ER Code 5, which is reserved for the most severe life-threatening emergencies (heart attacks, strokes, major trauma). My girlfriend‘s mother was dying, and nobody would even talk to us to explain if we could even go together upstairs to watch her die. They are the most horrible heartless people that I’ve ever met in my entire life.
Needed a CT scan and it took over 5 hours from the request to the results. I’m still waiting with my daughter. I feel like I’m being held hostage in this place !! No food, and no answers. Doctors were ok but I’m not sure why it takes so long for radiology to give results. They might need more help or a better system of giving results!! So cold, hungry, frustrated and upset my child has to be here waiting for this long.
