The front desk lady very rude
The front desk lady very rude
I came to this location to be seen and was treated rudely by whomever worked the front desk. She refused me service and said they were not taking any new patients while the entire waiting room & parking area were empty. If this is a Federally funded location then it needs to be immediately evaluated because they are not doing what is expected.
El personal que está al frente atendiendo están tratando mal si no llega ahí es porque necesita ayuda y preguntan si tengo cita si digo que no le dicen que salga no lo dejan hacer ni una pregunta y vi que tratan mal a los pacientes no las doctoras si no las enfermeras son bien groseras con los pacientes en persona y cuando se llama ala clínica igual son groseros No deberían de ser así si es una clínica donde tienen que ayudará alas personas
