My dad was a resident there for 10 months & I felt the staff were very rude & my dad was not taken care of properly. He was placed on hospice care & while on it my sister & I stayed with him & the staff was very heartless. When they entered the room to do anything they wouldn’t even acknowledge us. We were going through one of the hardest things we’ve had to go through & for them to be so unsympathetic made me sick. This is a great facility and Rehab Center People are so compassionate and caring very clean and convenient Also very professional and knowledgeable
Our mother/grandmother was a resident at Good Samaritan facilities for almost 8 years, first for rehab after surgery, then assisted living, and finally full care. We have been extremely pleased with the lovely facilities and amazing staff. From the social worker to the caregivers and everyone in between, they have all been wonderful!
