Dawn was great! Made my first experience very comfortable!
This business enrolls in reputation.com and has asked me for a review despite my opting out of messages and notifications. I wish they hadn’t. I don’t understand how there are so many good reviews of this practice. What I encountered were many very kind people - totally stymied by the worst practice operations management I’ve encountered. I waited over an hour for my first appointment, and nobody came out to tell me why. My only problem is that it was a little backed up and my appointment ended up being a half hour late. Otherwise my experience was very good with all the techs that I delt with.
Great staff start to finish!
Staff was fantastic. Dr. D’Amico was caring, gentle and very understandable. Was very comfortable in a very stressful moment.
