I agree that I wish I had read the reviews on here first. I would have thought a big name like Good **** this would have been a quick seamless process. It took me over three weeks to receive funding and I have a credit score well over 800. I have no idea what the hold up was and there was no helpful communications. After finally getting funded and I picked up the new camper, I am now on month 4 of not having a registration or license plate so legally I cant use my RV that I have made 3 payments on. I was told on 3/13/2021 I was approved for my loan and was assigned a 'customer service rep'. In that email they asked me to fax over some documentation. I was traveling at the time and didn't have access to a fax machine so I asked my assigned person via email and phone if I could take pictures of documents and send through email. No one ever responded to either email or voice mails. On 3/16 I sent pictures through emails; no response. What a shock, the reviews are pretty bad. I’m in a situation where I’m temporary in a full-time RV mode because of coronavirus and I got nothing but a continuous run around from these folks. Don’t return phone calls, don’t respond to emails, timelines they provide or total BS. Jim Pena does an incredibly poor job of customer response. I kept telling him what my travel itinerary was and decision dates were in addition to lack of permanent residence at this point, and it took three days of emails for him to say that, oh it’s g... read more

I wish that I had read these reviews before I entered into an agreement to finance a travel trailer with them. It took two full weeks to fund my loan and then... Wait... It gets better... Another MONTH before the title was processed allowing me to just get the license plates! Everyone else is correct, no one will return your calls. Email inquiries are returned after about a week. Then once the loan is funded, the company has to send off your title to a TITLING COMPANY for them to make application with the state DMV to regist... read more
Despicable organization. Treats customers with disdain. Hostile representative asked if I had trouble reading the letter offering an rv refi. Very disrespectful company.
As a Good Sam member, I contacted the Good Sam Finance Center to refinance our 2018 Entegra Cornerstone 45W. The process started out well with the online application and almost instant approval, but it went downhill from there* ***** ****** is the most unresponsive individual that I have tried to work with in many years. Don't waste your time or the credit check ding. After approval on a loan, you will NEVER get a call back from loan processor ***** ******. Loan processing on their website says 5-7 days. Multiple messages to both him and customer service and 3 weeks later, still no communication from ****** **** *** ** **** ** *** ****. Customer service takes 20+ minutes on hold and they can't seem to get anything done either.
