I was a patient recently after a work injury. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we walked in the door. From the Receptionist getting me assistance within minutes, to the Nurse viewing my injury and cleaning me up for the Doctor to then be seen by a Doctor who was very thorough and attentive. I cannot fault the care and treatment I received and the welcome smiles given when I returned to thank them for their care and laughter shared on that day.
Had an appointment at 12:40, called to see if I could come at 1. Claudia (the receptionist?) said Dr. Sassi goes for lunch at 1, but I can do TeleHealth. I said perfect! Got a phone call at 12:53 to say I can't do Telehealth. I said ok, I'll come now, Dr Sassi said no - he goes for lunch now! All I needed was a prescription. Seriously! I'll never come to see Dr. Sassi again. No way! And I only take the time to write bad reviews when it's absolutely necessary! This was 100% Dr. Sassi . He needed to go for his lunch.
