Our experience with this business was very disappointing. We were originally told the cleaners would arrive at 10:30 a.m., but they did not show up until around 12:30 p.m.—and we only learned about the delay after contacting the owner ourselves. When we raised our concerns, the owner became defensive and raised her voice at my wife, accusing her of having unrealistic expectations (which i'm sure could have been resolved with a simple polite conversation). Jo and the team are fantastic. They’ve been cleaning at my place for a couple of years now and have always done a great job. Thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
Locals supporting local businesses. The first clean was clocked in for 5 and a half hours. I met the ladies who gave our Unit a fantastic clean, especially the shower tiles in both areas and my skylight. They are well trained to clean at a high standard. Now, we have them cleaning every second week, what a God send. Our Unit is left sparkling and fresh. They will add their small touches too. Jo is an incredible cleaner. She heads up her team really well with very thorough communication and supervision. She ensures you’re happy and the thing I love about this cleaning team is they don’t just clean around your things; the pick them up and clean under them!! 10/10! Highly recommend.
