Check engine light came on on our way to Cedar Point. Engine was running rough and we were very concerned. Denton diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly at a super reasonable price and got us on our way Thanks!
Charged too much for what turns out to not even be name brand tires. Also Nathan did severe damage when attempting to mallet something into place because “it doesn’t fit”. Car has been losing traction since work has been done and is now stuck on the side of a highway in Toledo. I don’t know about anyone else there but DO NOT LET NATHAN TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!
They took in my VW when everyone else around wouldn't. Their communication and honesty with me was astounding throughout the whole process. They worked their butt's off trying to find the problem and fix it. Unfortunately, the problem ended up being something only a VW dealership would have the capability to address. They are affordable and hard working and I am definitely glad that no one else would take my car that day.
I took my car in for a brake job around 1:00 in the afternoon. Despite having to order all the parts, the car was ready to to be picked up before 6:00. I can't say enough about the people I dealt with, especially Nathan who was very patient with this self proclaimed motor moron,. I'll be back in the near future. Thank you Good Ol' Boys!
