Unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend the experience... Especially if you're already prone to stress. She came across like a bad infomercial. "I have this terrible news for you!" didn't tell me what it was, then 2 days and a lot of stress later... "But if you do exactly what I tell you and never second guess my doctrine, only buy my products, I can fix you" Worst part is, after all that she blocked me getting timely treatment elsewhere. A truly hateful person.
