Before my visit, I read the reviews and they scared me because I'm going somewhere where I will be in a vulnerable state. But I have to say that this was a great experience and the beds were so nice and clean and the young woman who worked there was very friendly and made me feel more comfortable. You have to expect that there will be delays everyone has to be set up and its a process so hold your horses and you'll get your turn. It's not like you're on vacation or something. This place is great!
First session-I waited an hour while someone else was being set up. because I didn't fall asleep before 2 I had to be tested again. I was scheduled for another test on Good Friday and forgot until I went to bed around 10 . My apt was 9:30. I called and said I'd be right there, she said it's too late. I apologized and she said that's ok. Was rescheduled for another time. When I got my credit card bill there was a $100 fee for no show on Good Friday. I used this place to do my initial sleep study, which was a fiasco. I showed up for the study and the technician forgot the appointment. I had to come back another day. I should have realized then that this would prove to be their normal level of non-service. Now I struggle to get resupplied with CPAP supplies every few months. I have had extremely bad luck getting anything more than an answering machine during business hours and my messages have never been returned.
