Tim and Deb are very nice people, and were good to deal with at the time we bought our mattress. Sadly the mattress is not as we has hoped. We did have it replaced under warranty through Good Night Bed Company, but in order for the warranty to be honoured we had to buy a foundation for our bed. So that was more money out of pocket. We have had this new mattress now for a year, and it has the same issue as the mattress before. This was not a cheap purchase ($1500 with tax) but now we have a bed we are unhappy with.
Best mattress I have ever purchased and it is due to the guidance of the owners for finding a mattress for the perfect “fit” to our bodies and how myself and my husband sleep! Best decision we have made was coming here and buying our mattress. We also LOVE our pillows! 5 stars!
This company does not honor their warranty. They won't let you speak to the Manufacturer company. Therefore they decide if your issue with the bed is worth replacing. A good company should help the customer out in these situations, not The Good Night Bed Company!
Buy an RV mattress that you can actually LIE ON before ordering!!! We have been wanting to get new mattresses for our travel trailer but didn't want to order them "blind" from a camping store. What if they weren't comfortable?! I was so excited to learn that not only could I buy new mattresses for my RV right here in Kemptville, but you can actually lie on several different types and find one that works best for you, then they can order the RV size for you.
