WOW. Everyone is SO NICE here!!!! What a clean shop, with 1000/10 service from every single person that is there. Who knew I could enjoy waiting for an oil change this much?! THANK YOU to everyone there for all the incredible work you do. You have a customer for life!!
Had our tires & oil changed as well as purchased tires recently. Was very impressed with the quality of work and customer service was amazing. The fact its a non profit business that goes out of their way to help single parents is icing on the cake, definitely worth a visit to get the whole story there. Very happy to have a new Mechanic shop that we can trust and one that operates their business for such a great cause.
From the first phone call I made to book my appointment, I had a good feeling about good news auto. Friendly and very professional. The way they were able to accommodate me at very short notice was greatly appreciated. My vehicle was in and out within a few hours. Thank you again to everyone at good news auto. 🙏
Quick, friendly staff, and cost competitive. Location is good for east side of city. Impressed by their business model to help people keep their vehicles on the road. But dont take my word for it, see it for yourself.
I am most grateful for the help and service of all the staff at good news auto. I needed to get a vehicle inspection done, which they were very thorough about, and when they went over everything with me, I was a little discouraged.
