Brought in my used car for assessment and possible repairs, turns out the car wasn't even safe to drive but they were very transparent and upfront about the repairs. Kelsey contacted us before doing anything with the car and Chris (the owner) was very open, they even suggested something that will benefit us more than their business, and for that we will always be thankful! Absolutely wonderful they are honest, reliable,fare and they do amazing work I just had major work done on my car they worked on my clutch, transmission, serviced my vehicle, and alot more so grateful and thankful wasn't an easy or cheap job but they truly are fantastic I recommend Good News Auto to all business and people thank you all again
I brought my car in because it was making horrible clunking noises. Good News was able to squeeze me in right away, gave me a loaner car, and had the inspection and repair done the next day. But the best part? The repair was very minor and quick so they didn't charge me more than the inspection fee even though they could have.
