First visit asked how much the three visits would cost. Was told this payment covered 3 visits. Received a text for appointment on Tuesday for my Saturday visit, took off work, came to the site, no show for clinic, no notice. Called your Vancouver office and was informed decided to cancel. Was told Tuesday morning is next clinic. (Nov 12). Guess what, clinic is at 2pm. Two days I had to take off. Not a happy camper and out two vacation days. Thanks.
Pathetic veterinarian service. Forget taking your diabetic pet to any good neighbor vet. You're unable to get insulin prescriptions or needle prescriptions from this vet.
Great vets but they don’t do everything. If your pet is having a serious problem go elsewhere. Good neighbor is good for exams, vaccines and de-worming.
OK they got 4 stars and the reason being is because how in the hell are you supposed to afford flea meds at 65 dollars come on. When there are legit people out there and are in SSI, SSDI or etc which be called fixed income tell me how I the world can we do that. But are they nice.
