After 2.5 hours in line, they wouldn't administer a rabies shot to my cat because he batted his paw when they opened the carrier. They spent 30 seconds with him and refused to make any other attempt. Clearly they don't have either the experience or time to work with cats. Which is unfortunate since vet prices in the area are so high. An absolutely miserable and fruitless experience. I would not return to any good neighbor vet locations or recommend them to other cat owners.
Friendly staff. Price not bad
This is the only place I have ever taken my dog to the veterinarian where she wasn’t nervous or afraid. The Dr. and staff made her feel so loved and they let me stay in the room with her to comfort her and keep her calm while they took blood from her. She actually left wagging and happy, the Dr. was very thorough in her examination which I really appreciated too. We've used them for wellness checkups, vaccines, and oral flea prevention for years when they're at Pets On Broadway. It's always a positive experience. They're organized and efficient, but friendly and very obviously care about pet welfare. It's a more affordable way to get the routine vet care taken care of.
