Consistently outstanding In a remote town like Flagstaff finding and keeping a residential service contractor can be a challenge. I feel fortunate to have discovered Dennis and Loni, the owners of Good Neighbor Plumbing. For five years they have kept my pipes in the pink. Rude.... simply RUDE - We're Deaf residents and of course, it is expected for some challenges in regards to communication. It was unnecessary for them to contact us at last minute and said (literally) - via text - "I'm going to pass." They cancelled our appointment when we were in dire need of plumbing attention.

Excellent Service Fast, friendly, quality service. I am new to the area and have never lived in an area with snow. Dennis not only fixed my plumbing problem, but gave valuable information on taking care of pipes and water lines during the winter months. I will definitely use Good Neighbor Plumbing for future needs.

The BEST!!! This is the most honest and affordable plumbing company in Northern Arizona. Our water heater went out during the winter in Flagstaff, and we were deperate to fix it soon! Every company we called for quotes were determined we would have to replace the whole heater! When we called Good Neighbor, Dennis (owner) was very kind and willing to come out to try and diagnose the problem first and resort to replacing the heater if needed.
