Paid $230 for him to order a part 2 months ago now no response no call no nothing.. it’s a mobile service and supposedly very convenient but how completely inconvenient that you won’t even return a phone call but have our money or even just keep us in the loop. I’m sure the service is convenient if done I’m sure it’s cheap because it comes from junkyard parts, but this is not OK for you to take people’s money and not respond and not return calls.

Good and tight mobile automotive sent a guy named Tyler to my home to fix a fuel pump. Instead of putting a new fuel pump on he put a junkyard part on my vehicle and it didn't last 30 days. I continue to try to contact the guy but of course He's a ghost now.. stay away if you don't want junkyard parts and paying premium prices for the services.

Hi My name is Pamela. I wanted to let you all know how Terry came out in the cold late at night to work on my car. He was very humble, kind, and courteous. He had other jobs to do but he took the time to come help me when my car broke down. He was very professional and did an excellent job. It didn't take him no time to complete the work.
