Amazing service from Anna, the owner! I placed a small order online, and when some of the products were out of stock, she not only called me to let me know, but help me re-select alternates, and then called me to let me know when the product I ordered was in stock. When the exeperience is so good, your customer is excited about buying a bucket, you're doing things right! Thoroughly recommended to anyone, whether you're in facilities maintenance, or just need commercial grade products for your home!
