Great classes and energy! Loved it there
Not only is Good Moves the absolute best place to workout, Jasmine is also THE BEST physical therapist! She is so attentive and creates an individualized care plan that works for you. I always feel like she is just as invested in my improvement as I am which is rare to find. Good Moves really is the entire package!!
I am so grateful Goodmoves opened in NOLA. The instructors, workouts and equipment are top notch. Every instructor is extremely knowledgable and helpful before, during and after class. Also, they have the best merch in town. Take a class and see for yourself
GM has become my happy place and the instructors have become forever friends! I love this place for what it stands for and how much it’s taught me about myself mentally and physically. It’s been a joy to watch it blossom in our community. I’ll be a friend, client, and fan for life.
