I am so grateful Goodmoves opened in NOLA. The instructors, workouts and equipment are top notch. Every instructor is extremely knowledgable and helpful before, during and after class. Also, they have the best merch in town. Take a class and see for yourself
GM has become my happy place and the instructors have become forever friends! I love this place for what it stands for and how much it’s taught me about myself mentally and physically. It’s been a joy to watch it blossom in our community. I’ll be a friend, client, and fan for life.
Goodmoves is the absolute best studio in the New Orleans area! Great community, great workouts, and even better music!!
This business doesn’t answer emails or messages left on their phone. I bought a one day to try it and was placed on a waitlist. The night before at 8:30pm I was taken off the waitlist and couldn’t attend. i only purchase the pass for $15 and wanted to reschedule. This was in May and I tried to contact several times. It could be a great place but don’t had an issue bc no one is calling you back.
