I called the day before to see if they offered a particular styled I wanted. Long story short the style was done and it was not what I asked for nor did she follow my instructions, also while the girl was doing my hair the owner asked what was the style called that I wanted and she doesn't like to tell ppl over the phone she can't do a style bc that's how you lose customers.
