The one star is for Richelle C I Do NOT recommend her as a counsellor. I felt uncomfortable as she seemed triggered. She told me that the whole medical and psychological sector was under scrutiny and how she herself thought of leaving. She then proceeded to tell me that the doctors probably see me as high risk and will probably not explain much about my medical condition. High risk as in I maight sue them. I highly recommend the organisation with excellent quality therapists. Good Minds are refreshing in that my welfare and access to my psychologist are paramount, and payments (still important) seem not to be their primary concern, as opposed to other services I have experienced and since left. JS
