We booked the entire Lodge for our family and friends coming into town for our wedding. I can not say it enough, thank you so much Shayla and crew for making our wedding weekend so special and stress free. Shayla(lodge care taker) was so wonderful to work with, cooked AMAZING FOOD! I highly recommend requesting the chocolate chip cookies and brownie sea salt cookies, all the rooms were stunning and comfortable, just everything about the GML was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I only got to stay for 1 night at Good Medicine Lodge and we were sad to have to leave! Our room (Beargrass) was clean and comfortable, and had many convenient amenities such as lovely shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We enjoyed the balcony with rocking chairs as well. The lodge itself had so many helpful details - complimentary snacks and drinks, hiking supplies (bear spray, hiking poles, sunscreen, maps for GNP, etc.), books and games, and more. This lodge really punches above its weight. The other 5 star reviews saying this is more like a 5 star experience are not exaggerating. From the start you are provided with complimentary fresh filtered water in your room, chocolate and earplugs. What 3 star establishment does that? This one does. We arrived late and were feeling peckish, only to discover a counter of high quality snacks like granola bars and bananas. Truly wonderful experience staying at Good Medicine Lodge! My husband, mom, and I spent 5 nights and are already thinking about when we can go back. It felt like we were staying with family, feeling cared for and having all the comforts of home at our fingertips. Fabulous Bead and Breakfast! Service was excellent! Really cares about their guests. Extremely helpful caretaker and chef. Breakfast was phenomenal! Need to replace dockets in some of the rooms- when you plug charger in, it falls out of socket.
