When I was with this company I absolutely nothing but problems with them and I would highly not recommend them to anyone. Twice they accuse me of not paying and tried to cut me off when I was not the one paying for it as this was being paid by the government. My support worker that I had with them went off ill which meant that we're going to leave me for weeks of no help I will not be able to manage. I have changed care providers and being with them for about six months now so much happier with them
My sister Ann has been supported for the last year by Sara S and Joanne. Both ladies have been absolutely amazing and an absolute godsend as we were trying to support Ann,a single lady, to stay at home with her dementia diagnosis. Caring, compassionate and both excellent communicators. I really couldnt have managed without them. I have been a helper with Good Life sorted for 2 yrs or so now and really enjoy my job; no 2 weeks are the same and I help some absolutely lovely people who I have become incredibly attached to...you can't help it! The work is varied and flexible, the office staff are very helpful and supportive & their electronic systems work extremely well. I would recommend them highly
