The service people are nice to talk to, however, the service fell short on many accounts. When we need parts, they are either not on hand, or they forgot to order them for us. Their labor costs are significantly higher than surrounding RV stores. We also had to make a special, middle of the week appointment to get a quote for replacing an existing awning instead of just pricing one for us. They also do not provide printed quotes for their service. It seems there is a disconnect in their system.

We bought an A-liner camper in January. Over the summer we found that it leaks when folded down. When up the fan and 3 windows leak. One of the screens doesn’t stay in the window. There’s also a crack in the wall. We think it was in an accident as one of the fenders is bent. We are NOT happy customers.

My husband and I, over all had a good experience in Webster City but it was because we fell in love with the camper we saw and appreciated the manager/NOT the sales person! We were disappointed immensely with the sales person. I will start with the positives as a person should!! Limited wait time, long term staff, some friendly staff. Great experience working with the entire Goodlife team. Camper was exactly as presented and Joes team was very fair with trade pricing.
