We haven’t owned a camper for some time but now that we have retired we decided it was time to jump back into the camping scene. Every part of our buying experience was simply amazing! Great experience at Good Life! Highly recommend. We bought our first Brinkley 5th wheel and couldn't be happier. Everyone was very responsive and customer focused. We reached a fair deal and the on-boarding was thorough and informative. Many thanks to the Good Life team, especially to Ryan, Nate, Chris, and Nick.
The Good: Went there to get a camper. They were really nice over the phone and in person. The camper was what I was looking for. Everything seemed to work fine. The bad: When I got home, I slid the slideout out so that the wife and I could load up. When I went to slide shut, it just quit working. Called then thinking they would be of assistance, but no. Now I will be hundreds if not thousand in repairs and they could care less. Will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.
After or disaster of a start at a different RV sales spot we made the 2 hour drive to good life RV in webster city. We met Ryan and he was what I call the perfect salesmen not pushy not trying to sell just amazing. After we agreed to a deal we met Nick to do the paper also very great to deal with. We also met Madison who helped us pick out some accessories. Over all this was the best experience I have ever had in buying an RV
