Something has changed. I’ve been ordering ice cream birthday cakes here for years with excellent communication. This year I placed an online order like I’ve always done, zero follow up. I called the store to inquire and someone answered the phone saying ‘hello’ not ‘Good Life’. It was confusing…then when I asked about my order he had no idea what I was talking about. Took my name and number and NEVER called me back. So disappointed that I don’t have a place to get special ice cream cakes anymore. Not sure what happened.
Beautiful and delicious. Best ice cream cake any of the guests have ever had. Worth the price! Chocolate and vanilla with fudge in the middle. White cake on the bottom. Superb!
Appears the be under new management and going down hill quick.
I used to LOVE this place. I order my birthday and my partner’s cake every year but the past two years have been ROUGHHHH, to say the least. Last year they messed up both of our cakes and offered cakes to us from the case, no biggie. Things happen. BUT this year, oof! I went in to get my partners cake (6/30), no cakes in the display case, (nothing in the display case, like there usual is) just a couple in the side case, okay.
