I recently used the chimney services of Good Knights Sweep and was very impressed with the level of service provided. The technician who came to our home was not only polite and professional, but he also took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the process of chimney sweeping to us. He even gave us some great tips on how to properly use our fireplace insert. I would definitely use Good Knights Sweep again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of chimney services.

Called and spoke with workers with the company he looked into his planner and put me down with 1st available and explained to me about cleaning service.When the worker came he eas on time explained to my wife about the service and what type wood we should burn.He also wrote the instruction.I would use this service and we will use as ling as we need Chimney service.

Had an obstacle blocking my chimney,called Good Knights Sweep to ask for an estimate. Scott said he might be able to come today, called later and showed up 15 minutes later and removed the blockage gave me estimate for work that can be done later. Much appreciated, very friendly, professional and a God send??
