I love the work they do, but what I don't like is the way they talk about their customers in their own language as if we don't know that they talking about us. The same thing with the nail shops they are the same way. They know that if they speak in English there will be a problem in their shops. That's why they talk about customers in their own language.
I made an appointment a few days ago for today and they called me today saying no one can do my hair today. The person that was supposed to do my hair was sick and I can come tomorrow. I Said no I can't come tomorrow 😩 I need my hair done today. that never happened to me before and I've been going to this braid shop for yrs that was so unprofessional.
11/04/2021 ,Roach infested ,does a great job on the twists the only reason why I wont go back is because the little brown friends that's running around there ROACH 🪳
