Lived at a Good Rentals property for three years. Beautiful little apartment, well taken care of. Management was great--even let me put a garden in. They were always professional and clear about when rent and water bills were due. The maintenance team is/was awesome. Professional, communicative, and just good people. Properties are infested with bed bugs and fleas. Manager is a total Athens slum lord who thinks her word is law. Find another place to take your business.
My husband and I have loved living in our apartment. Maxine was super helpful in getting us situated in the beginning, and we have never had any major issues with our apartment. Maintenance is super friendly and efficient, which makes things even better. We live in a great part of town and wouldn't trade our apartment for anything else in the area. So perfect for us!
I wouldn't rent here if I were you.
