Great customer service. They were able to do next day service on a comforter. It was pretty stained up, and they got it brand new looking. The down is fluffy again, too. Pricing is extremely fair. I highly recommend this dry cleaner.

Eduardo and his amazing team have saved me on more than one occasion! Dry Cleaning of a vintage gown for a special occasion on short notice and then sewing rank on my OCPs, again on short notice. His team was also able to make a small repair on my cashmere sweater, which looked flawless. On top of all these, they routinely keeping my goose down comforter clean and my shirts ready! Thank you for being such an amazing asset to Sequims community.

After TWO disappointing experiences w/the local Port Townsend cleaners that mistakenly gave my mattress cover to another customer, then failed to clean lint from the seams, saying it "wasn't possible." I took this mattress cover, a table runner and two shirts to Good Impressions for cleaning. Not only did they do a spectacular job on all items, but as mentioned in previous reviews, the owner was genuinely courteous and friendly.
