I brought in our Pendleton wool blanket to be dry cleaned after our dogs had an accident on it. Nearly a week later, I returned to pick it up, only to be told they never attempted to clean it. No call, no update. The blanket was simply handed back to me balled up, as if it had been sitting untouched the entire time. Great customer service. They were able to do next day service on a comforter. It was pretty stained up, and they got it brand new looking. The down is fluffy again, too. Pricing is extremely fair. I highly recommend this dry cleaner.

My daughter came up to visit and bought a new Columbia coat and got tacky lacquer on it immediately. We were so bummed, thought it was ruined. They saved the day and were able to get it out. It looks like new, and they were so nice and friendly. ❤️
