I would give ZERO stars. Horrible service. I hired for a deep cleaning and paid $365. 2 ladies came for 6 hours. On the surface it looked ok. I spilled water the next morning and wiped it up and the paper towel was black. I then went to steam the floor with a steam mop. The pads got filthy and the tile floor was caked with soap. Yvette and Dalora came to clean our one bedroom rental apt. They were amazing and did not miss a thing. They got into every nook and cranny you could think of. We were very pleased with their work and will hire Good Impressions again. I’ve used them before and every cleaner was great. Donna the person who books the appts is just as wonderful. When it comes to cleaning, this company is the best.

I highly recommend this company. I had an easy experience booking this cleaning service. I appreciate the flexibility this company provides. I was grateful for the cleaning product recommendations. The cleaning lady was very nice and stayed for the duration we agreed upon. I booked again for next month.
