why i stay with this store. 1-it supports the local businesses 2- staff is wonderful and they remember you even after many, many years--even a decade! 3- Prices are slightly higher than some places BUT the main reason for staying with this store, is the service policy. They said they would take care of you ASAP--within reason. They most definitely try to accommodate this point. This has truly been why I insist on staying and purchasing with Dan over and over. It doesn't matter until you need the service at a bad time!
Best customer service in town We just purchased our new refrigerator from this store and they have the best staff in town. Knowledgable, helful, friendly. The cost was pretty much the average, didnt notice really a savings compared to what other national chains offer, it was actually higher but the staff is excellent. The delivered our new fridge, set it up and removed our old one. Even called us the following week to make sure we were satisfied with our new purchase and to see if they could be of further service to us. Exce... read more
Great store! Bought our last washer and dryer here. When they check their records, our previous washer was 22 years old. Couldn't believe they still had the records. Real great service!
