We called Clark’s Good Housekeeping for service on our microwave in early November 2025. They came to pick it up and have not returned our property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Not honest and extremely rude! I have a warranty claim and was sent to Clark's. Was told they would be out on Thursday between 9 and 4 (given no option of the call before arrival). I took off work the entire day with no one showing. Called Clark's and they said they never intended to be here on Thursday and this was a mistake of Kitchenaid. I was rescheduled on Tuesday from 10-2...again, a no show.
