Technician came out 2 days ago, fixed a plugged drain cord, charge me $190. Told me to move all the frozen food to the fridge to help keep it cold. Moved all frozen food, tech turned the freezer off, told us to not shut the door and to not open the fridge door for 24 hours. So here we are 2 days later, still no freezer - don't know what he did. Called and talked to some girl on the other line. I was told off that I was in the wrong and that the repair tech showed. My ring doorbell begs to differ. This place has extremely rude customer service and the technicians don't ever show up. Almost as if they don't want to do warranty work. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, unless you like calling 20 times and being hung up constantly. Any 5* review is likely family or fake.
I added one star because I can’t add 0 stars, asked to speak to manager whom ever answered said they don’t have one. Then asked to speak to person in charge said he’s not available, Asked if I can have a name or number to speak to him. She said she’s not allowed to give out names, so that was a dead end. She was so incredibly rude she went as far as hanging up on me, DO NOT USE THEM they are super unprofessional !!!!
Absolutely horrible company!! Rude customer service hung up on me and wanted to argue and not listen! Has taken over two months to try and get our ice maker fixed and still not fixed!! Needs to be shut down!!
Incompetent technician, unreliable service, and unprofessional owner who doesn't care to listen and just want to get paid for non-working machines. Almost two months went by and machines are still not fixed. Called to schedule 5 washers serviced. 1. First appointment showed up as scheduled and was given the cost to repair each machine at $416.70, $349.04, $480.91, 351.69, and $303.70 via email on May 21, 2024 which included cost of parts. 2.
