Not a good experience Bad experience a few years ago on trying to buy a house... my real estate agent said she would never call back, was dragging things out, etc. All the while we had already sold our current home and were on a major time constraint! Huge waste of time while we could have been looking at other places. In the end after all of the delays and our very fair offer, they refused to take any reasonable amount of money off the price for a 16-year-old roof that needed replacement found at inspection.
