A very skilled practitioner. Rockland is lucky to have such world class expertise in its community! Toby was warm and welcoming and attentive. I came in with extreme lower back and hip pain from a long drive up from nyc. He went right to work and didn’t stop for 90min. Moxa, cupping and some deep needles. He was tuned into my pain level and caring. 24 hours later and I’m right as rain. Not all acupuncturists can get these results in one treatment. Thank you Toby!

I had never had acupuncture before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I have found my treatments with Tobey to be an entirely positive experience. He is so knowledgeable and skillful. He is open to all my questions and we have had some really interesting conversations. The best part is the pain relief I have gotten from his compassionate care. Highly recommended!
