Will be changing Doctors. Office staff is rude. He’s also a google Doctor, googles things in front of you instead of knowing. Needed prescription refilled before a work trip, called when they opened and the lady kept saying he’ll call it in later, instead of addressing what needs to happen. Then, had to drive all the way over there and it was the same response. He’ll do it later. Mind you, this was at 4:30pm and they close at 5pm. I have been with Dr. Ram since 2011, I had started with him at another practiced he worked at on the side and then began going to his personal practice out here on Metrowest Blvd. Dr. Ram is extremely knowledgeable about medicine and is a complete professional.
