a gym for us "average" people who don't want necessarily want a "social" hangout. Won't see alotta men & women strutting & flexing around in their revealing clothing, trying to impress. You will see a variety of all ages, shapes, sizes, majority of all who are just truly trying to be health-conscious.
Good people,great place,so much to do,well worth the money,the best tanning beds,feel good water message chairs,showers, everything you would want in a gym..

This place is great! Appreciate the cleanliness and responsiveness of staff as well as the variety of cardio workout equipment. ***Update 3/10/2025 - The staff continues to be very responsive and works hard to keep equipment clean and functioning optimally. ***Update June 2026 - Still the best gym in Nicholasville. Staff is so caring and accomodating, with plenty of cardio and weight equipment so you never have to wait to complete a workout. Abundance of parking too!
Thankful for this gym! I’ve had a membership since relocating several years ago. No need for a big commercial gym, as this gym is equipped with everything you need and has the most positive staff!
