These are truly the good guys. I can honestly cry. As a single woman/mom it is so hard taking any of my vehicles into a shop. I'm often quoted ridiculous prices and taken advantage of. I felt like I was taking my camper to family. They didn't try to gouge, swindle or oversell me. They were honest and that is worth every penny. I had to get a new axle and a new window installed. I recently purchased a new to me 2007 Sunvalley Apache Eagle WS from Rodeo RV in Ellensburg, WA. The original owner had taken meticulous care of it and it looked like brand new inside and out. When I got the camper home, I began testing all the systems (the dealer did as well before my purchase) and unfortunately found a leak in the black tank. I hit a rock and broke the waste valve on my black water tank. Good Guys was able to get me in with no waiting, making an extremely difficult repair. After the glue dried, the pipe was still leaking a bit, so they kept working on it until it was perfect. They spent way more time on it than they charged me, but they honored their work and did not give up until it was right. They were friendly and fair, conscientious and trying to do the right thing. I will definitely be back. Way better than other RV places i have been.
