Good Guys fixed our kitchen slide. JC and David both provide excellent customer service, are professional, and compassionate. You come as strangers and leave as a friend. They contacted our extended warranty company for over a month. They came to the camper 6 times to take pictures, more pictures, videos and more videos. Meeting J C was the BEST !!! He came to our RV, assessed the issues and provided recommendations. He was very thorough and pointed out the damages we were unaware of. He described what materials he would use for the repairs. (The materials were a higher grade than what the manufacturer calls for.) He provided a written estimate and even though we didn't stay within the timeline for the estimate (the time for the estimate approval), he stayed very close to it.
