The guys were professional and great expertise. They were friendly and kept answering my questions while taking care of business.
First off, sexual harassment. The OWNER of this company is a predator. 15 minutes after I got my girlfriends car unlocked after losing the key he texts her on Whatsapp and on iMessage privately from his personal number. Called the company the receptionist put eddy (the owner and person who came to unlock the car) on the phone for some reason and he then denied it was him. Really, someone random NOT EDDY called my girls phone and texted her on whatsapp AND IMESSAGE saying its eddy.... but it wasnt eddy. This company is danger... read more

Increased price 75$ after showing up an hour late . After I expressed my opinion on google reviews the owner called my phone cussing and berating me , after I hung up on him he called me 5 additional times in a single minute and when I blocked his number he started calling me from another phone .
save yourself a headache and dont call these people. Completely unprofessional. The "locksmith" gave me the wrong ETA, they promised they would be at the location within 30 mins, it took an hour for him to get there and never communicated anything, did not even call me - I had to call to ask what the problem was. After he finally arrived and did his job he told me the service fee was $35 (plus the charge for opening the door) and that he only accepted cash because his card machine "was not working" , i called the office to m... read more
