We had Matt and Jessica out to install a new tank less system. Matt's knowledge and ability to explain all aspects of the job was awesome. From phone calls to comfort in the job chosen. This team are pro's. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Matt is teaching Jessica and all of his exchanges wre informed and explained why on all things he is an awesome teacher and he teaches with respect. With young workers like them this company will flourish today and in the future.
I had my furnace installed in 2022, and the entire experience has been excellent from day one. During a stretch of extreme winter weather, I noticed a minor issue and reported it to the company. They immediately sent out their technician, Cam, who was absolutely outstanding. He spent a couple of hours diagnosing and fixing the problem with great skill, care, and attention to detail. I am really pleased with their technician West. He did a great job of explaining and fixing the problem with our furnace. He knows his stuff and is honest. Will definitely use them again.
Bad experience
Good Guys installed our new furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago and both have run with no issues until last week when our furnace lost connection to the thermostat controller. I called Good Guys and they came the same day, just a few hours after I called and swapped out the thermostat for a new upgraded one at no cost. Wes did the work and was courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
