In 2010 we decided to advertise only our Good Guys division as it reflects our mission to provide "Good Service, Good Quality, and Good Value." We have used The Good Guys a number of times over the years to service and repair our heating and cooling system. So when our hot water heater failed we trusted them given our past experience in our emergency situation. Apparently that trust was misguided as the amount we were charged was $1900 higher than what our neighbour was charged for the exact water heater.
