Today we had Wes come over for a furnace service (which apparently is something you should do every year), and he did an excellent job. First he check the system and explained to me in detail the issues he saw, then he went on to thoroughly clean the rust and fixed the water leaking issue we were having, and completed everything in a timely and professional manner. I was charged $300 for hosing down my AC unit. The service that was initially requested for was not done because the focus was on selling me a component that is worth $20 for $400. When I refuse, the tech (Joe) decided to postpone the job until I call them back for the component installation. I opened the AC after he left and took pictures which were sent to the manager (Allan). Only for the manager to call me and stood on what Joe told him instead of looking at the pictures.
