I have been using Good Guys home Services for many years and again, the crew did not disappoint this year. This year was for routine maintenance; I had a technician named Rigo perform the service for me. Rigo was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional while explaining everything he was checking and why it was necessary for maintenance. On July 1st, the house kept getting hotter and hotter throughout the day. I just assumed it was because the heat index was over 100 degrees outside and the AC couldn't keep up. However, my neighbor told me her house was chilly. It was after hours, but I knew I needed to make an emergency repair request. I will never call another HVAC company again after my last experience with Good Guys. I received multiple quotes on my AC unit and my first one (from a bigger AC company) I was told I needed to buy a new unit there were too many issues. Good guys came out and replaced a $250 part and I have had working AC for multiple days and I can still get some life out of my 12 year old unit. Anythony helped me out and you could tell he knew what he was talking about and he wasn't trying to push me to upgrade my system.

I was very pleased with the service Jackson Gray gave. He accepted my job request immediately, and kept in contact with me until he arrived . Once he started working, he explained everything he was doing and why it was important. He answered all my questions and was very professional. A bonus was he is very personable and a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend both Good Guys and Jackson!
