Very happy with Good Guys. Aaron has gone above and beyond helping us diagnose and fine tune our sump system, and I love that he is my contact point and systems expert, all in one. On top of that, it was such a breath of fresh air to consult without high pressure sales techniques. I trust Aaron. This company does things refreshing differently. Highly recommend!

We contacted our regular tech but he was unavailable. He found a replacement tech who was excellent to help us and was here by 10am the next morning on a 0 degree day. Our system was reparied for a very reasonable charge. Good Guys truly lives up to its name.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Danny went above and well beyond our expectations. He replaced a furnace for my recently widowed elderly mother-in-law who lives alone in a different county than us. She felt comfortable with him being there. He treated her like family. He gave us honest information, didn’t pressure her, and took the time to make sure she was comfortable with so much information at once. Josh was a pleasure to work with. He came out 2 times to assess our heating/cooling system and then installed a new furnace. I had another quote for the furnace install and Good Guys beat that price easily. I highly recommend Good Guys!
