Bill was very nice and helpful with the towing process. The staff were also very friendly over the phone and in person. Despite some scheduling issues, they were able to be adaptable and in the end really made the experience enjoyable! (Were able to tow from Fairchild AFB).
Picked up my P.O.S car that blew up gave me cash in hand quick service friendly guy picked it up so yeah would definitely recommend
Go in there several times to buy a car. Prices are outrageous. No one they're half the time. Joke none of them know how to run a business. On dealership side of things. No idea on tow service.
We got a good deal on what seemed to be a decent old farm truck. Not very negotiable (which was fine) however my two complaints were that after getting the truck home and my husband digging into it to do some very needed maintenance, we found out it has a blown head gasket or potentially cracked block. Not very pleased with that information. So check over your vehicles very thoroughly before purchasing.
