I was going to buy a car from these guys until I got there and to my surprise the over the phone agreed upon price had went up $600. When I questioned them about it they said that it was a "mistake" but the listing had been posted for 2 months and knocked down to the price I had called about and now suddenly it was back to the original price. My grandfather tried to purchase a vehicle via paying through the mail and this place has been refusing to answer any calls or messages. He sent in the money to their address and hasn’t been contacted since. My grandfather had to take out a loan to purchase the vehicle he wanted. Please be careful with these people!
I bought my daughter a car back in January! Great car for a great price! Car is still doing great! I am looking to buy another car but they are very hard to reach! To me this is totally unprofessional...
Good Guys/ Abdul (Wabash ave, Baltimore) does not honor his word. He tells you one thing when its time to take you money and then draw out the process to fix the problem so your warranty can run out. I would not recommend anyone who needs reliable dependable transportation to go here. My vehicle came back with more problems then it went in with. I would never buy another vehicle from there
