they should offer zero stars - I confirmed and signed a contract Monday 11/6 for a move already booked for Friday 11/10 at 10am with Jonathan the owner - they helped us move in 2022 from San Rafael to Petaluma and were amazing - however no one showed up Friday 11/10 and at 10:20 I left a voicemail and email - I got a call back from the warehouse department saying we weren't on the schedule and can we change it to Saturday 11/11 - I asked if we could somehow still move on Friday and they said they would try - they got back to... read more

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. There is NOTHING good about them. Buyer BEWARE!!! READ ALL of the NEGATIVE reviews! Make sure to read them on yelp as well. There are a lot of them.
Good Green is a wonderful company! My family and friends have used the many times! Thank you Jonathan and Anna and Eric for everything that you do!
