I had a disappointing experience at Good Gate Auto Service. The staff were not respectful or welcoming. When I had a problem with my vehicle, they did not communicate with me or take the time to explain the issue. Good customer service requires respect and clear communication, and unfortunately, I did not receive that during my visit.
Fair prices. good, hard working mechanic if you're looking for urgent or minor repairs or maintenance stuff. He fixed my tailpipe before and has equipment for AC work. Be ready to explain things in a clear way and be patient. Call ahead to see availability and bring cash,it's mostly one guy running the shop with help from his family. Not sure if he has the time to completely take apart an engine but I would bring here for anything less complicated or time consuming. Very disappointed. He kept on giving appointments and changing them once I reached. No explanation given. I settled for a more expensive garage who valued customers.
